"I can honestly say that seeking help from Beckey has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the very first session, I felt truly heard and understood, something I had never experienced before in therapy. Beckey has a unique ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where I can express my thoughts and feelings without fear. Her approach is both compassionate and professional, and they take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense, offering practical strategies to help me navigate my challenges."
Kari G.
"I came to State of Mind feeling completely stuck. I had tried various treatments for my depression and anxiety, but nothing seemed to help long-term. After discussing my options with State of Mind, we decided to give TMS therapy a try. I was a bit nervous at first—I'd never heard of it before and wasn't sure what to expect—but I’m so glad I took the leap.
